This future leadership development agenda will focus on developing the source through which future leaders manage to constantly calibrate the organizational capabilities to customer needs. This source is the mind through which individuals choose to exercise their responsibilities and add value.
The nature of the leadership’s added value will determine how people will engage in recalibrated strategies that keep the strategy to be relevant to the customer.
How this leadership capacity can be developed is summarized in two slides ('future learning approach' and 'leadership laboratories')
Directing limited talent resources where they will deliver the most value will probably become the most significant struggle of expanding companies.
