Connect & Transform helps clients shape talent strategies linked to business needs, understand the potential contribution of employees at each work level, develop great leaders, and build an excellent HR function. Our point of departure is that work is structured according to levels of accountability (Work Levels) which also defines types of leadership. Each accountability level embodies a different size of role that needs to be matched to the size of person of the individual assigned to the role. While size of role is defined by the level of adding value and required decision making complexity, the size of person is defined developmentally, in terms of development over the individual’s life span (cognitively, social-emotionally and behaviorally).
